everyday circumstances.

welcome to reflect in this area, whether or not they personally experience panic
symptoms. For those of you who have a loved one who experiences panic symptoms, these
reflections may be helpful to you by increasing
your knowledge about how best to support your loved one. Your informed
encouragement, offered through love and with an absence of pressure or judgment,

Focus
on the present moment rather than presuming your guess about the future will
come to be. Your body reacts to your thoughts and cannot differentiate between
what is actually happening now and what you anticipate happening at a future
date. Focus on the truthful present instead of what may turn out to be
completely false in the future.
